is a cube play for mostly two persons. Five cubes and a cube board are used.
Each playing party registers the cube results on a note. Usually over three columns one plays, in addition, the play over two columns is likes. On each column further eleven rows are registered. The first six rows are intended for the simple number results (begun above with the Einsern, up to the Sechsern down). In the sieved row the road (either 1.2.3.4.5 or 2.3.4.5.6) follows, then comes the Full House (equal to three and two equal, e.g. three Vierer and two then the Poker (equal to four to a color), then the Grande (five equal) and finally the Grande serves, and/or Doppelgrande. Usually one marks the places for the results on the note (the "writing") by lines between the columns and between three and Vierer, between Sechser and road, between Poker and Grande, as well as between Grande and Grande serves.
The points which can be registered, which from the throws result, are determined as follows. With the simple number results: Three Einser are registered for example with "3" or four Sechser with "24", thus by simple multiplication. The road counts 20 points and the road serves 25. The Full House counts 30 points, the Full House serves 35, the Poker 40 and the Poker serves 45 points. The Grande counts 50 points. The Grande served counts, registered at the place for the not served Grande, 55 points, at the place for the Grande served against it 100 points (therefore Doppelgrande)!
Before beginning of play one who as the first cubes may (with a cube - with same result repetition) - or this is settled, or however this determines itself from the exit of the previous play. Then a player begins. A player, who comes to the row, may do three times cubes. That is, either it keeps cubes after a throw, or it takes again all cubes and throws (serve). The result is registered thereafter, and the opponent is in turn.
The evaluation takes place as follows: First on each row the sum of the numerical values is calculated. It is determined, which player is victorious in which row. It is thus played "row against row". Usually the third row is just as much worth as row one and two together. In such a case the result would be undecided. Point or monetary values is assigned to the rows for instance of 1 (row 1), 2 (row 2) and 4 (row 3) or 2-2-4. If a player wins all rows ("Head"), usually the loser pays double its the rows are worth that, depending upon agreement.
Strategy is very often underestimated in cube plays. It means, with gambling everything can be placed on the head in each moment, and therefore strategy is senseless. As however the experience shows, a player, who pursues a strategy, on the longer branch sits. This particularly shows up, if players begin against each other, who possess in principle a equivalent strong moment of happiness. If a player has about particularly much luck and on a player meets, to whom in the same measure applies, must it upon additional qualities deliberate itself.
Depending on how the settled rules of the account look exact, the strategy of the players looks. In principle the players try to write all their good results into the third row if still another chance exists to win it. Further trachten the players to win even Head to repel and/or the attempts of the opponent to win Head. The latter is expressed in the fact that one for example suddenly writes the best writings into the first row, if one does not have or only small chances in the other rows.
With the writings in principle the correct measure must be found between hope for good results and the protection from bad results. The row with the Grande served serves in principle as reserve for results of caper. The Grande leaves one in principle longer time open, in particular in order with bad results in the writings, which are less worth, Gegenchancen to have. Only if one throw is available (single hand) for a writing, it worked satisfactorily to hope for the fact that the third is filled row with Poker (and/or "four-stands") (only with the Einsern to be sufficient three) and the two other rows with "three-stands" (with the Einsern to be sufficient two). However Pragmatismus is in demand with the single hand, since a consequence of bad results, which can stop itself easily, can be accommodated not so easily. It is to be noted however that already small differences can decide on victory and defeat in a row. One should not register thus so simply or two Einser, because this arrears cannot one perhaps far down no more up-get, if the opponent does not have "weakness".
A further play possibility is the double hand. It concerns either two players, who per writing in each case two times to-come or around teams of ever two players, with whom each player per writing may do a mark cubes. The best writing is always selected in these cases. It is however usual to limit the number of the players. Because all must meet around the cube board and everyone need place, in order to draw back to the throw, etc.
With a double hand it is advisable to register in the third row only Poker to wait and/or with and above all Sechsern even for a Grande. The two other rows one should with three-stands fill, and/or with the Sechsern for Poker hope. In the third row the three serving (road, Full House and Poker) are obligation.
A play over two columns is in principle possible. Often this happens in special form: First the first column is completely filled out, in the usual form. Afterwards the second row is filled out as follows. One "from top to bottom". That is, first the Einser comes. One registers then the Einser and turns into on two to consider etc. is with this play form still that instead of the Grande serves a field for serving at all one releases. Thus for example also for road served or Poker serves. With this form in principle in such a way that in the second row with the Einsern the sum of the Einser first and the second row are added noted, with the Zweiern of the second row notes one is accounted for the sum of the two first and the second row AND the above sum (here only the Einser). The play gain depends on the projection/lead in points of eye.
For those, which need the additional "Kick" with this play still, the possibility exists that one permits it to announce "versus". That is, that, which offers versus, places the opponent before the choice to give up either or further-pass on with doubled employment. Naturally the responding can answer now or later for his part with a versus ("Recontra"), whereby the employment doubles itself again. It can follow again and again versus on versus, whereby the announcements must be alternating always.
