The gang play is once a term from the Roulette play. It designates an illegal practice of a group (gang) of guests of a gaming house.

The members of the group co-operate in such way that they set together on chances and exceed so the permissible maximum. The gaming house line will forbid this when becoming known.

On the other hand gang play means the play with the Billard over the gang (the limitation of pages of the table), thus the not direct alludes a ball by means of the ball.
