ONCE is the Nacional de Ciegos de , thus the Spanish blind organization. The organization was created already 1938, their current meaning got it however only by the assignment of the Lotterie concession 1984.

Until today the ONCE stands in Spain primarily for the Lotterien organized by it: Daily except Saturday a drawing of the takes place. If one or more final numbers of the pulled number agree with the bought lot, then a profit is disbursed. Since 2005 there is Saturday the drawing of the new Lotterie El Combo. In each case 50% of the employments are again paid as profit.

The lots are sold on the road by blind ones or otherwise obstructed ones, partly in, telephone box-large kiosks set up for it. The idea is a By the participation one finances the jobs of humans, who would find otherwise none. At the same time the ONCE is however a very financialstrong organization, which has considerable landed property among other things. Also the ONCE is sponsor of the cycle racing team ONCE

Although by the way the lots of the Spanish Nationallotterie y Apuestas del Estado resemble those the ONCE, it concerns competitive Lotterien. First organization (and evenly not the ONCE) is organized it, each year the famous Weihnachtslotterie.
